A booking deposit is required to secure your session. Your session is not confirmed until the required deposit has been paid.

The remaining balance must be paid before the recording session begins.

Give at least 48 hours' notice to move your booking once without an additional rescheduling charge. The existing deposit can be transferred to the new agreed date.

Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in some or all of the booking deposit being retained to cover losses resulting from the cancellation, subject to applicable consumer law.

Future bookings following a no-show may require payment in full in advance.

Sessions begin and end at the booked times. Late arrival does not extend the session.

If a customer is more than 30 minutes late without contacting KONTRAST STUDIOS, the booking may be treated as a no-show.

Additional studio time is £15 per 30 minutes, subject to availability.

Discounted multi-hour packages apply to one continuous booking unless otherwise agreed.

Setup, recording, playback, breaks and file preparation performed during the booked session count toward the booked studio time.

If KONTRAST STUDIOS cancels a confirmed session and an alternative date cannot be agreed, amounts paid for that session will be refunded.
